Our Mission
Our mission is the great commission which is to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. It is the goal of every individual in ministry to train up disciples. This allows the believer to find their gifts and placement in the church and it gives way to one of the greatest principles in the kingdom of God which is multiplication.

“What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it?”
Luke 15:4
God is a pursuer of lost people. The father sent Jesus on a rescue mission “to seek and to save the lost.” God does not abandon the 99, they are already safely in his kingdom. His heart aches for those not yet in the fold. Our vision is directed toward the value of the one lost sheep.

With 42 years of ministry experience, Pastor Shanks leads with humility, wisdom, and a deep commitment to biblical teaching. Whether preaching on Sunday, offering guidance during the week, or serving the community, he embodies the love of Christ in both word and action. His vision is to see lives transformed through faith, discipleship, and the power of God’s grace.
